This website at iyp.aarna.ai (the "Website") is operated by Aarna AI Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("aarnâ", "we", "us", "our"). The Website describes the aarnâ India Yield Platform ("IYP") and the products and infrastructure being developed under it.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.

2. No offer and no advice

Nothing on the Website constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

• an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, fund interest or other investment product;
• an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction in which such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful; or

aarnâ's application under the IFSCA FinTech Sandbox Framework is in process with the International Financial Services Centres Authority ("IFSCA"). The authorisations required to offer the products described on the Website are being progressed, and no product described on the Website is currently open for subscription.

Participation in a regulatory sandbox process is not an endorsement, approval or recommendation by IFSCA or by any other regulator of aarnâ, of the Website, or of any product described on it.

10. Blockchain and digital asset risk

Where the Website describes tokens, wallets, smart contracts or blockchain networks, you acknowledge that these technologies carry inherent risks, including smart contract vulnerability, network congestion or failure, loss or compromise of private keys, and irreversibility of onchain transactions. aarnâ does not control public blockchain networks and cannot reverse transactions recorded on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
